As we continue to welcome visitors to the Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary and share our conservation story - we have an opportunity for a passionate, energetic, and experienced Casual Wildlife Officer to support our dedicated Wildlife team and connect with our animals and visitors.
About the Role
Reporting to the Wildlife Operations Manager, we are seeking a professional applicant who will work alongside our Wildlife team and will be involved in duties such as, but not limited to; animal husbandry, animal health, record keeping and enclosure maintenance. We are seeking professional applicants who will be energetic, enthusiastic and have a high level of general wildlife knowledge and professional customer service skills.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have a Certificate III Captive Animal Management. You will have the ability to work independently and provide accurate daily updates and reports as required. Other key skills and qualifications we are looking for include:
